The curb weight of the bus is 10.38 tons, the lightest city bus model among the same long and specification city buses in China. The bus is 11.56m long with monocoque structure and low entrance. 5% lower fuel can be saved.
　　
After accurate VAE analysis, high-strength steel was used to lighten its weight and maintenance durability, safety and NVH performance. At the same time, the bus can be popularized by the platform design concept, for example, the following 10.5m steel leaf springs low entry and 12m air bag low entrance city buses.
