From October 19 to 23, 2026, the five-day special training for Higer Bus overseas service stations successfully wrapped up in Suzhou. Twenty-four representatives from 18 overseas service stations across 14 countries — Malaysia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Rwanda, Ecuador, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Spain, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria and Serbia — traveled to Suzhou for technical learning and exchanges, exploring pathways to upgrade global after-sales services together.

Since rolling out the service station grading management system in 2024, Higer Bus has focused on lifting global service quality and improving customer experience. This special training serves as a key initiative to consolidate its overseas service network and implement unified service standards. It also creates a platform for overseas service partners to learn from each other and sharpen their capabilities. To meet the learning needs of participants dealing with different vehicle models in various markets, the training adopted a two-class teaching model, with tailored, differentiated instruction to ensure effective learning outcomes.

At the opening ceremony, Qiu Yuanhong, Deputy General Manager of Higer, extended a warm welcome to delegates from all countries. He noted that overseas business, talent development and product innovation form Higer's three strategic pillars. Higer will keep expanding its global footprint and increasing resource investment, delivering high-quality buses worldwide, building an international after-sales team and aligning global service standards. The brand aims to make after-sales service one of its core competitive strengths.
Centered on the themes of Professional Improvement & Win-Win Collaboration, the training curriculum integrated management practices and cutting-edge technical know-how. It included foundational sessions covering service station grading management, operation of the newly developed service network system and specification manuals, as well as core new-energy bus technology modules such as high/low-voltage electrical systems, wiring diagram reading, diagnostic tool operation, power batteries, drive motors, braking and suspension systems. The training combined lectures, case studies and hands-on practice, sharing Higer's service management philosophy and latest technical achievements in full.

During the program, overseas delegates visited Higer's exhibition hall, complete vehicle assembly workshop, luxury coach laboratory and Higer Academy. Guided by technical specialists, they got an up-close look at the full bus manufacturing process. In practical training sessions, participants discussed typical fault scenarios in groups and carried out troubleshooting drills, turning theoretical knowledge into practical problem-solving skills.
At the closing session, an award ceremony for outstanding service stations and a training certificate presentation were held. Xie Jianghong, Director of the Overseas Customer Service Department, Liu Xin, Department Head, and other Higer service leaders attended and presented certificates to representatives of top-performing service stations. In his speech, Xie reaffirmed Higer's service commitment — "Higer service, Higher service." Higer strives to be a trusted partner for overseas customers, supporting stable fleet operation with reliable after-sales support.
A long journey for shared learning; technical exchange for lasting friendship. This cross-border training delivered tangible technical empowerment and fostered in-depth cross-border communication. It deepened mutual trust between Higer and its global partners, injecting strong momentum into the coordinated development of the overseas service network.
The road ahead may be long, yet progress comes with every step. Moving forward, Higer will continue to focus on customers' real demands, deepen collaboration within the global service station ecosystem, upgrade its service system and reinforce technical support. Committed to building a more competitive global after-sales service brand, Higer will work hand in hand with partners worldwide to create long-term value.
