The vehicle, measuring eight meters in length, is customer tailored by Yangzijiang Bus in order to meet the local needs in Zibo urban areas. According to the bus operator, the arrival of the new buses will further boost the city's urban public transport.

Equipped with Euro V Emission Standard natural gas engines, the buses are eco-friendly. With low-floor access, it's more convenient for passengers to get on/off the vehicles. Furthermore, the bus has optimized its driver's cockpit, making it easier to operate.
