52 China New Energy Vehicles to Serve Int'l Solar Cities Congress

www.chinabuses.org: Recently, it is known form the executive committee of the 4th International Solar Cities Congress that the first group of 52 new energy buses has successfully launched.
These buses are developed by Shandong Qilu Automobile Manufacturing Company and Tsinghua University together, including five10.5-meter electric coaches, two 7-meter Coaster electric buses, ten 10.5-meter hybrid power buses and ten gas-powered buses. Compared with the conventional bus, one new energy bus can save fuel cost of about 20,000-30,000 Yuan per year.
On 16 September, the 4th International Solar Cities Congress will be held in Dezhou, Shandong province. On 10 May, the low carbon, environmental new energy vehicles are appointed as the designated vehicles for this congress, which makes good opportunity for the development and application of new energy vehicles. The successful launching of Qilu new energy buses means a big technology breakthrough of new energy vehicle industry in Dezhou city.
