HIGER New V-series Buses Officially Launched in the Philippines

Recently, a grand press conference was held in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, during which Jesus Ferdinand Ortega, Vice Minister of the Department of Transportation of the Philippines declared that the first batch of HIGER new V-series pure electric buses were officially put into operation in the Philippines. Marivic H. Del Pilar, President of Victory Liner, Elison Tan, CEO of H Company, an important partner of HIGER in the Philippines, Zhou Zhenwang, Head of the Philippine market for HIGER as well as other guests were present at the press conference. They witnessed this historic occasion along with journalists from all over the Philippines. This batch of pure electric buses were the first batch of new energy buses introduced by the Philippines and put into commercial operation.

Jesus Ferdinand Ortega pointed out that the setting off of the pure electric bus not only marks an important milestone in the Philippine transportation sector, but also an important step in promoting the development of green transportation. The Philippine government would vigorously look for partners to jointly advance the construction of charging infrastructures in the local area, creating favorable conditions for the popularization of pure electric buses.
Marivic said at the event that, as the operator of this batch of buses in the Philippines, Victory Liner would spare no efforts to promote the operation experience of the pure electric bus, and popularize this green mode of transportation to more regions, to make due contributions to the development of green transportation in the Philippines.
It is learned that, after three years' meticulous research and development work, HIGER new V-series buses intelligently manufactured with new technologies, new processes and new materials, having a brand-new look, platform and power system.
