ZF and Farizon Form Strategic Partnership for Innovation

On June 27, Yu Sujie, Senior Vice President of ZF and President of Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) APAC, visited Farizon and held in-depth discussions with Mike Fan, CEO of Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group. During the meeting, Rick Li, Key Account Executive of CVS China, and Shangguan Yunfei, Vice President of Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies. Both parties will fully utilize their resources, combining ZF's strengths as a Tier 1 supplier in the commercial vehicle field with Farizon's expertise in methanol-hydrogen and electric vehicle sectors within the commercial vehicle industry. This collaboration aims to form an effective technological complement and jointly develop a full range of globally competitive commercial vehicle products centered on methanol-hydrogen and electric power.

In recent years, the penetration rate of new energy in the heavy truck market has accelerated, making the adoption of green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient new energy heavy trucks a prevailing trend.
