CAMA Electromechanic Attended Shanghai Int'l Bus Exhibition
05 June 2015
www.chinabuses.org: On May 27 to 29, China (Shanghai) International Bus Technology Exhibition (also known as BUSTEC) was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). CAMA (Luoyang) Electromechanic Co., Ltd. chiefly displayed its four eddy current retarders (DHZ12A, DHZ04, DHB12, and DHQ11, all of which are suitable for buses and travel coaches) and intelligent cooling systems (ATS), WDZL01 and WHZL02, which are targeted at new energy buses. All these products fully demonstrate CAMA’s overall competitiveness and excellent innovation capacity.
CAMA eddy current retarders can effectively shorten vehicles’ braking distance, thus greatly upgrading the safety standards and travel comforts of buses. Its DHZ12A eddy current retarder is of light weight but large torque and can be used on buses and school buses measuring 9 to 10 meters in length. Its DHZ04 eddy current retarder excels in small torque and low current, ideal for buses and school buses measuring 5 to 7 meters in length. Its DHB12 eddy current retarder is small in size and light in weight, thus it provides plenty of flexible space for the vehicle and is an ideal choice for 8-9 meter buses with short drive axle. Its DHQ11 eddy current retarder, with compact structure and low weight, has vertical magnetic field and is suitable for large buses over 9 meters in length. Besides, all CAMA eddy current retarders are electronically controlled. With CAN communication, on-board internet, large current protection, OBD diagnostic analysis, the controllers boast long life expectancies, high reliability. Moreover, they can be free from the maintenance troubles.
By taking full advantage of its three decades engine performance testing technologies and taking full consideration of the market needs for new energy buses, CAMA (Luoyang) Electromechanic Co., Ltd. has developed ATS intelligence cooling system, which can be used for traditionally powered buses, hybrid buses and electric buses measuring 8 to 18 meters in length. Equipped with stepless PMW technology and eight-tunnel independent outlet design, its ATS intelligence cooling system boasts a number of functions, including CAN communication, on-board internet, OBD diagnostic analysis and online calibration. Thus, it can effectively help vehicles cut energy consumption and noises. Moreover, it significantly reduces the times of the cleaning of engine tanks and middle cooling systems and as a result, helping bus operators cut operating costs. WHZL02 intelligent cooling system is designed for plug-in hybrid buses and can be used for the cooling of the engine and driving electric motors at the same time. Equipped with imported Spal brushless motor, WHZL02 boasts high reliability. WDZL01 intelligence cooling system is also equipped with imported Spal brushless motor. As it is of single system design, WDZL01 is ideal for cooling the driving motors of electric and plug-in hybrid buses.
During the exhibition, leaders from public transport companies in over 60 cities in China paid a special visit to the exhibition booth of CAMA (Luoyang) Electromechanic. They all spoke highly of its eddy current retarders and ATS intelligence cooling system. In the meantime, CAMA’s long-term cooperative partners from Mexico, Malaysia and other countries also came to its exhibition booth and exchanged views with the company. These overseas customers discussed future cooperation and also made constructive suggestions to CAMA for its overseas expansion.
China (Shanghai) International Bus Technology Exhibition (also known as BUSTEC) this year has built an international platform for companies displaying their latest technologies and promoting their market presence. Through this year’s exhibition, CAMA has further deepened its ties with bus operators in China and promoted its cooperation with overseas customers. In the future, CAMA will continue to put technological innovation high on its development agenda and strengthen its brand image in both home and abroad.
