It is learned that China Auto Parts (Tianjin) Industrial Base project is invested and constructed by China Auto Parts & Accessories Corp. , which introduces global leading parts manufacturers and related enterprises and builds a platform of international advanced auto parts R&D, industrialization and service. Meanwhile, industrialization funds will be established to support the rapid development of industrial base project.

The first stage of the project is to start in the second half of 2013. It will reserve bigger development space in Ninghe Development Area of Future Science City in the following days, followed by establishing international advanced industrial base consisting of auto parts R&D, service and industrialization. When achieving the output, the annual value of output will exceed 10 billion Yuan.

As one of the four national bases starting talent base and future science city building, Tianjin Future Science City is located in Tianjin Binhai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area, consisting of 30.5-sq.km core area and 40- sq.km development area. According to Ni Xiangyu, director of Tianjin Binhai Hi-Tech Area Committee, in the following ten years, Tianjin Future Science City will be a strategic highland, global science innovation center and hi-tech industrial base which attracts and gathers high level scientific and technologic talents from home and abroad.
