DANA Shiyan Plant Gets Improved in 2012

www.chinabuses.org: Dongfeng DANA Axle Company Shiyan Plant convened the meeting to share 2012 QC achievements. In the meeting, 12 improvement achievements were unveiled and the 3rd workshop's project won the first prize.
In 2012, Shiyan Plant used the advanced management approaches in each link of the production and operation for improvements in quality, cost, delivery period and field management, etc. Accumulative improvements reached 1019, including 16 plant projects, 68 department projects and 935 individual projects.
