With the theme of "the responsibility for Green and low-carbon economy", China's first green development high-level forum was successfully held in Beijing on the November 15, 2008. The Forum announced the first Top 10 responsibility for the Green Chinese enterprises Award. As a result of Changan in product research and development, environmental protection, human management has made outstanding achievements, Changan won the honor together with another nine enterprises.

China's first Green Development Forum launched by the Ecological Society of China, China Association for Promoting the ecological and moral education association, the Chinese Combating Desertification Foundation, Greening Foundation of Beijing, supported by such organizations as the United Nations Environment Program and the United Nations FAO, etc. More than 300 participating experts and scholars have conducted presentations and discussions around the green city, ecological civilization, and urban and rural eco-environmental protection, food safety, green houses, green energy, green transportation, green moral education, combating desertification, etc. which are the hot topic in today’s society.
