First 20 units of King Long Plug-in Hybrid Buses Delivered to Zhanjiang Guangdong

www.chinabuses.org: Recently, 20 units of King Long independently developed ISG plug-in hybrid city buses have been delivered to Zhanjiang, Guangdong. The sapphire blue cloured King Long buses are the first plug-in hybrid buses operated in Zhanjiang. Unlike serving for public transport, this batch of buses will serve as commute buses for staff from Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd..
The batch of King Long buses are delivered to Yunda Tourism Company, the biggest tourist transport company in West Guangdong area. It is noticeable that all buses Yunda Tourism operating are from King Long, which reflects the trust on King Long bus quality and performance. This time King Long won the order of plug-in hybrid bus for its energy conservation and environmental protection as well as high level of comfort.
According to data collected from operation, King Long ISG plug-in hybrid bus saves 40% more energy than same-level gas bus and 20% more than traditional hybrid bus.
