Chery Promotes LNG Buses

www.chinabuses.org: On May 17, senior management of Guizhou province visited Guiyang Xiaomeng Industrial park to stress that they will forge Chery Auto Park based on this project.
Chery guiyang plant start to produce large buses on April 28, and this is an important step for the passenger car maker to layout in Southwest China.
Chery Auto owns a small bus plant in Guiyang and they chose Guiyang for its leading edge as the transportation hub in Southwest China. Chery Auto invest 400 million Yuan and the production capacity can amount to 30,000 units a year, and they are expecting to sell ten billion Yuan in five years.
And the LNG city buses were ordered since rolling off from production line, and Guiyang Public Transport Group purchased 130 Chery LNG city buses and the order can achieve 52 million Yuan if one bus is sold for 400,000 Yuan.
