Changchai Wins Customer Satisfactory Company in Jiangsu Province

www.chinabuses.org: Changchai was rewarded "2012 Customer Satisfactory Company" in Jiangsu province in April this year after awarding "Top 10 Best Agricultural Machinery Parts Brand" and "Top 10 Best After-sales Services" in the 3rd "Jing Geng Cup" brand selection last year.
This is the first time for engine maker to join the election, and Changhai representative made the speech firstly, showing their attention on the meeting, and leaders from Jiangsu Economy and Information Technology praised Changchai's devotion to innovation and create the biggest value for the customers, and their service is themed as "active, fast, convenient and accuracy", and they have built call center and the internet online service to facilitate customers.
