School Bus Manufacturer Admittance Regulation Released

www.chinabuses.org: MIIT released Special School Bus Manufacturer and Product Admittance Management Regulation and asked for compliance. The regulations requires that special school buses must be in accordance with the regulations of safety, environmental protection, energy-saving and anti-theft, and never violate the intellectual property rights.
Admittance conditions include: special school buses must be in accordance with the regulations of safety, environmental protection, energy-saving and anti-theft; special school buses must pass the test of appointed testing organization; special school buses must never violate the intellectual property rights; refitted school buses must be equipped with certified enterprises' chassis.
It's expected that there will be over 30 thousand school buses in need in 2012. Listed companies such as King Long and Yutong would probably benefit from the regulation.
