Weihai Chengjiao Bus Company purchased and owned new school buses and Huancui District Government paid for the operation cost. After accurate calculation, the government was responsible for most of the expenses while the students could take new school buses without ticket prices raised.

Drivers of new school buses are selected strictly and the company allocates one security for each bus. Besides, the government invested RMB 2 million Yuan to install intelligent monitoring system. With GPS video surveillance system and recorder, workers in monitor center of school bus operation are able to supervise the operation of all school buses.
