It is reported that this year 250 new energy buses and 1000 new energy passenger vehicles will be promoted in Hefei City. Besides, three large power plants and a batch of charging poles will be established. By the year of 2012, 22,500 new energy vehicles will be promoted in this city.

 The representative XiaShunLi from Anhui JiangHuai Automobile Co., Ltd said that "Every month when driving a new energy vehicle, I only spend RMB100 on electricity charge. However, when driving a fuel car, I have to spend nearly RMB1000 on the fuel oil fee per month." At present, for JAC Motor new energy vehicle, 30% of the vehicle parts are imported. So JAC Motor will put more efforts on its independent research and development of the new energy vehicle parts so as that the Chinese citizens can buy cheaper new energy vehicles from its mature new energy vehicles.

It is also learned that by 2012, the infrastructure for the new energy vehicles including 22,500 new energy vehicles, a group of 20 charging stations and a bath of charging poles will be promoted and established to explore a new business model. What is more, the recycle of used batteries will be a pilot work to make more breakthroughs for new energy vehicle development.
