Weichai Yaxing Company Becomes the Controlling Shareholder of Yaxing Motor Coach Co., Ltd.

www.chinabuses.org: On September 28th, Yaxing Motor Coach Company announced that Jiangsu Yaxing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. transferred 112 million shares (51% of total shares) to Weichai (Yangzhou) Yaxing Company. Both sides completed the transfer registration in China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on September 27th, 2011.
After the transfer, Weichai (Yangzhou) Yaxing Company held 112 million shares, accounting for 51% of total shares, and became the controlling shareholder.
