www.chinabuses.org: Recently, Fujian Putian Public Transport Company put 12 units new LNG city buses into service to answer the summon of energy-saving and environment protection. By far, there have been 42 units LNG city buses in operation in this city and will be around a hundred ones within the end of this year.

According to one staff from Putian Public Transport Company, their fleet consisted of the conventional fuel buses with heavy noise and plenty of exhaust gas during operation. This year, the company plans to purchase 50 to 70 units new LNG city buses to replace the old buses and improve such condition.
