Guangxi Builds New Energy Vehicle Production Base

www.chinabuses.org: It is learned that Guangxi government is making efforts to promote development of electric vehicles to forge Guangxi an important production base of new energy vehicles.
Auto industry is one the fourteen key industry with one hundred billion Yuan, and it became the second largest industry in 2009. Development of auto industry will play an important role on change of the modes of economic development and improve auto industry. Pure electric buses, cars, and vans developed by Guilin Bus, Wuling, and Liuzhou Yanlong will roll off of production lines.
Guangxi Government has also signed cooperation agreement with China Southern Power to promote construction of electric vehicle stations.
