Yutong Holds 2010 After-sales Service Station Symposia

www.chinabuses.org: Yutong 2010 after-sales service station communication symposia was held in Xi’an on May 16, 2010. Themed as "Innovation, Cooperation and Win-win”, the symposia reviewed after-sales service work last year and deployed key jobs in 2010.
Yutong after-sales service jobs made rapid progress last year with long lasting efforts and effective management. And the customer satisfaction reached 97.65%, hitting record high.

And this year, Yutong decided to improve station management levels in the following four aspects:
Firstly, they are to establish a batch of key after sales service stations with strong supportive ability and benchmark performance. Secondly, after-sales service station VI image construction has to be strengthened to uniform VI image inside and outside key stations, central stations. Third, they will try to recruit some experts from other than Yutong to help train service station employees. Fourth, Yutong will also offer special discount policy to buses out of warranty period.
At the same time, Yutong will also raised four expectations concerning to establish service stations, including to set up professional after-sales service station squad to speed up problem processing, to establish central service stations to strengthen nearby counties and towns service levels, to deliver rapid wear and consumables regularly and update stocks in time, and to enhance image construction of service stations and employees to promote brand publicity.
Yutong 2010 After-sales Service Station Symposia will surely drive development of bus after-sales service level, and Yutong can also perfect its whole service chain by provide better after-sales service levels.
