According to Mr. Lee, he proposed a suggestion about promotion industrialization process of new energy bus builders. And he hopes that related departments and ministries may pay attention to the proposal and make up policies to promote the issue.

The proposal includes that development of new energy auto has became an important and urgent issue in China auto industry. Because auto pollution accounts for 17% of over pollution, auto industry shoulders much on resolve pollution problem and construct energy-saving and environmentally friendly society. The second is that industrialization of auto industry is rather important since it is related to energy-saving as well as emission reduction problems and also congestion in cities and trip problems of disadvantaged groups.

And Mr. Lee gave some suggestions about the process: first, governments of all levels and public institutions set example of using new energy vehicles. Of course there are some policies on promotion of new energy buses, so they can use the vehicle in advance.

Second, city infrastructure must be improved to facilitate new energy buses. He hopes that new city's landscaping plan can consider the needs.

Third, central government can support new energy industry in funds and policy. He wants the policies can be carries out further.

Fourth, policies concerning to waste cells should be come out to solve environment problems thoroughly.

And he said that new energy industry would develop rapidly by series of policies by central government.
