 Apart from the State President review car, Red Flag car, there were many "Unsung Heroes" showing automobiles made in China, including nearly 100 Yutong ZK6970 buses undertaking transportation guarantee for the military review. Yutong buses serve military review

As told by related person in charge of PLA General Armament Department which assumed transportation of military review floats, the task is numerous and heavy with complex flow and many people, and logistics pressure is especially striking. So safe reliable large buses with good braking ability are important guarantee to finish the military review smoothly and successfully. Previously officers and soldiers had to sit on folding stools in Jie Fang trucks, and this year some human oriented designs such as garbage can, refuse bag, sealed urine bin are available in the Yutong buses. So they can concentrate on military review to provide gallant array.

Drivers from military have never run buses, so Yutong provided professional theory and operation training for the drivers. A motorcade with high standard and quality was made after one-week day and night continuous trainings. China has become a manufacture power around the globe, and we still have a way to go as a strong manufacturing country. However, China is already on the way to become a strong bus manufacturer country. Yutong, the leading domestic bus manufacturer, has already become the biggest and most advanced large and medium sized bus production base. In July, 175 Yutong ZK6118HGA public transport buses were exported to Kuwait, which is also the first batch of domestic buses entering Gulf area.

Zhao Rongxian, Chinese ambassador in Cuba, was exclusively interviewed by Xinhua news agency in September 2009; he said that Yutong has nearly become pronoun of public transport in Cuba.

Coincidently, journalists from Global Times were on a business trip to Cuba and they really felt Yutong's influence in Cuba.  Carlos, a 54-year-old taxi driver, seemed quite exciting to carry Chinese person in Havana, capital of Cuba. He pointed to passing public transport buses when driving, "You know this is Yutong bus from China, so handsome!"

Ninety-nine percent buses on the road are Yutong from China in Cuba. So Yutong and many other products made in China win acclaim both in the National Day Military Review but also in overseas markets.
