Yutong Signs Strategy Cooperation Agreement with ArvinMeritor

Yutong signs Strategy Cooperation Agreement with ArvinMeritor in July 10. ArvinMeritor will provide power drive and foundation brake system parts&components for Yutong, and used for the production of Yutong’s buses and chassises parts&components.
According to the agreement, ArvinMeritor not only provides high-end axle products, but also uses its main retarder and brake produced in Wuxi on Yutong made axle. The project will be launched in the end of 2009, the transaction amount between the two parties will exceed 50 million US dollars in the next five years, and meantime, the two parties will strengthen further cooperation in other aspects.
ArvinMeritor is a first-class supplier, which provides all kinds of integrated system, module and parts to auto industry; it mainly provides service for commercial trucks, trailer tractors and special original equipment manufacturers, after-sale service markets and light-duty auto manufacturers. The cooperation between the two parties is not only good for their development, but also provides system solution plans for bus market.
