China Government Implements "Engine Re-manufacturing Project"

The “Engine Re-manufacturing Project” of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. has been included in the 3rd group of the 2009 investment plan of central Government budget by the National Development and Reform Commission recently. The project has annual output capacity of 30,000 engines.
The total 233.32 million Yuan investment for the “Engine Re-manufacturing Project” of the company includes 10 million from the central government, 158 million Yuan from bank loans and 65.32 million Yuan from the company. The project is to build the joint plants and public facilities that have the capacity to re-manufacture 30,000 engines a year. It’s scheduled to have the annual capacity of re-manufacturing 10,000 engines by December this year, and 30,000 by December next year.
