07 November 2024
With grand ambitions uniting hearts and a world-class event captivating eyes, the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened grandly at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai on November 5, 2024. Gathering 152 countries, regions, and international organizations, along with nearly 3,500 exhibiting companies, the Expo facilitated face-to-face exchanges with hundreds of thousands of professional visitors, discussing plans for open cooperation and sharing the prosperity of the future.
During the Expo, Higer Bus sounded the call to "strive for victory and ensure service support." A fleet of 200 Higer flagship models, including the new V-series and Traveler, provided high-end, comfortable riding experiences and specialized service support plans, meticulously safeguarding the CIIE and demonstrating world-class, high-standard service levels.
"A New Era, A Shared Future" – new and old friends gathered at the 7th CIIE as scheduled. Through the bright window of the CIIE, Higer buses were busy serving on the front line. They served as a crucial support force for receiving members of the trade delegations at the Expo and were also a core showcase representing the image of "Chinese Quality Service."
During the Expo, Higer buses provided high-quality transportation services to trade delegation members with efficiency, safety, and comfort. They connected passengers from various points to the venue, delivering global businessmen to their destinations on time and safely, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the Expo.
On November 5, a delegation from Africa was among the first foreign friends to enter the CIIE venue in a Higer bus. After arriving at the P2 parking lot of the National Exhibition and Convention Center, they boarded a Higer shuttle bus provided by Shanghai Jinqin Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Jinqin") and were directly transported to the Expo hall. Although the journey was short, the Higer bus left a deep impression on them. "The ride was very comfortable, and the Higer brand is quite common in Africa," said an African friend.
Among them, the new V-series shuttle buses traveling between Hongqiao Airport and the venue were particularly eye-catching. The Higer new V-series adopts a new platform, new design, and new technology, and is the first in the industry to achieve standard intelligent cockpits across the entire series. Its spacious interior, comfortable seats with leg rests, and various humanized details provide passengers with a comfortable experience akin to riding in a passenger car. The vehicles are also equipped with air purification systems and multi-level, multi-state purification technology, providing passengers with fresh air rich in negative ions. Additionally, features such as one-button quick start defrosting and onboard USB ports ensure passengers enjoy a comfortable in-vehicle environment during the ride.
Striving for Perfection! High-Standard Services Contribute to a "Better CIIE"
During the CIIE, Higer worked closely with clients such as Shanghai Jinqin, Jinjiang Travel, and Shanghai Yongda, strictly controlling every key aspect according to the support plan. Through high-level and high-quality preparations before the Expo, they built a convenient and accessible bridge for the transportation needs of the CIIE.
Weeks before the Expo, Higer began meticulous preparations. From staffing, parts coordination, and service communication, they implemented detailed plans and promptly established a special "CIIE" service team, assembling an experienced and skilled service team to ensure each transportation company had dedicated service personnel. Team members were stationed on the client's front line, familiar with the detailed condition of each vehicle, and had undergone multiple tests, enabling them to respond and resolve issues promptly. Furthermore, the service team fully cooperated in conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections before the Expo, refining and implementing all inspection items to ensure the vehicles were in the best condition to welcome guests from all over the world. In terms of parts inventory, Suzhou Higer had preemptively stocked key components related to vehicle safety, including lights, clutches, brake wheel cylinders, and master cylinders.
During the CIIE, Higer Shanghai after-sales service team was on standby 24/7, stationed on the front line, and able to respond within 5 minutes to promptly handle emergencies. At the same time, vehicle safety inspections were not relaxed, with detailed checks conducted on each vehicle during the nightly closing period, embodying meticulous service to the fullest. A grand exhibition often tests the meticulousness of service support. To ensure clients could operate the vehicles skillfully, Higer's after-sales service engineers specifically provided training for the new V-series models. Focusing on the core elements of "people-vehicle-venue," Higer provided top-notch services throughout, enhancing the CIIE's brand influence while gradually shining a light on China's service reputation.
