86 Units CRRC Electric EU12 Electric City Buses Officially Start Service in Qingdao

Recently, CRRC Electric delivered 86 units EU12 electric city buses to its customer in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Coated in bright colors, these buses all have USB recharging portals on board, allowing passengers to recharge their electronic devices when traveling on the road. With a low-floor access, they enable passengers to get on/off board in one step. In addition, EU12 electric city buses have ramps so that passengers confined in wheelchairs can easily travel with the public transport.
Equipped with panoramic view cameras and radars, EU12 electric city bus effectively eliminate the blind spots for bus drivers. Achieving higher intelligence, it has automatic transmission gearbox and greatly eases the workload for bus drivers.
According to their operator, all these electric buses are put into service on No. 309, No. 209, No. 310 and No. 20 bus routes in Qingdao.
