On December 13, Cummins Provincial-Level Key Components Center officially opened in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, significantly strengthening the company’s after-sales services in Central China. So far, Cummins has established five provincial-level key components centers across China, which are located in Sichuan-Chongqing, Shandong, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Guangdong and Hubei.

Cummins Key Component Network consists of Cummins Provincial-Level Key Components Centers and city-level key components centers set up by Cummins’s regional sales agents. With the implementation of National VI Emission Standards, Cummins Key Component Network aims to further strengthen its after-sales services for its customers in emitting components, post-treatment systems, fuel systems, superchargers, etc.

“The more stringent emission standards set much higher requirements for key components of engines. Cummins Provincial-Level Key Component Center provides whole lifecycle services for our customers”, said Fang Yong, General Manager of Cummins East Asia Distribution Department.

Cummins Provincial-Level Key Components Center mainly performs four functions: promoting key technologies, certifying technologies, and providing testing and maintenance services and promoting brand.

On the basis of Cummins Provincial-Level Key Components Centers, Cummins has also been making great efforts to establish city-level key components centers. As of December, 2022, it has established nearly 100 city-level key components centers.
