On July 1, China officially started implementing National VI Emission Standards. It is expected that heavy-duty trucks with National VI Emission Standards will soon become the main force in the market.

To better prepare itself for the new market opportunities, Dongfeng Cummins has rolled out some new products, natural gas engines with National VI Emission Standards, Yingdong AMT automatic transmission gearboxes, Z series diesel engines, Z15 natural gas engines + AMT automatic transmission gearboxes. It aims to provide safer, more intelligent and more energy efficient power solutions for its customers.

On June 29, 35 service engineers from Dongfeng Cummins gathered in Yinchuan, Ningxia, attending 2021 Dongfeng Cummins Service Skill Competition. Wang Chunguang, General Manager of Dongfeng Cummins Marketing Company, delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the competition.

Through the competition, Dongfeng Cummins aims to further raise its service engineers’ awareness of better serving customers and improve its service standards and customers’ satisfaction. Apart from being tested for their practical skills, contestants are also required to answer some technical questions raised by experts.
