News from Guangzhou Toyota Motor Company releases that it has recalled 260,000 of its Toyota vehicles in China following concerns with its braking system. Guangzhou Toyota has submitted a recall report to The General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine, China's quality watchdog.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine says the vehicle is suspected of having defective breaks. The recalled vehicles were produced between May 15th, 2006 and March 3rd, 2008. The company is offering its customers a free replacement.
