Saudi Arabia Al-Kifah Motors Purchased 305 Units Foton Buses Through Chinabuses.org

www.chinabuses.org: In January, 2015, Mr. Abdel Karim Awwad, General Manager of Saudi Arabia-based Al-Kifah Motors Company, attended the 9th China Bus Influences & China Buses Overseas Development Meeting. During his visit, Mr. Abdel had opportunities to hold in-depth discussions with Chinese bus makers about their exploration abroad, especially in Saudi Arabia.
After talking with managers from Chinese bus makers, Mr. Abdel had more confidence in Chinese buses and related spare parts. Later, he asked Chinabuses.org for help, hoping to find a trustworthy bus manufacturer.
Later, accompanied by Chinabuses.org, Mr. Abdel visited Foton several times and held discussions for further business cooperation. In July, 2015, the two parties decided to mainly focus on three vehicle models, including MP-S, View G7 and Tunland. Al-Kifah Motors Company became the exclusive distributor of Foton for the three vehicle models. The purchase of 305 units vehicles officially initiated the two parties’ cooperation.
With increasingly larger sales in Saudi Arabia, Foton Al Khobar Exhibition Hall officially opened in March, 2016.
