Cummins Rolls Out Near Zero-Emission Technology

Basing on Cummins diesel engine platform with over 80% parts commonality, ISL G Near Zero natural gas engines feature spark ignited stoichiometric with cooled EGR and three-way catalyst architecture. Thus, it can significantly cut the emission of nitrogen oxides. Also worth mentioning is that the operating cost of a bus equipped with ISL G Near Zero engine is only half of that of an electric bus.

To further help Chinese customers cut operating costs, Cummins China provides a host of service packages for its fit-for-market natural gas engine users. By constantly optimizing its services and distribution of spare parts, Cummins successfully cuts the maintenance and repair costs to the lowest for its customers.
