The evening of 28th February 2009, the fourth China International Bus Contest prize presentation ceremony was held in Beijing Center Garden Hotel. Through 4-day competitions, Kinglong won "Best Bus manufacturers" and other five awards by its strength.

Kinglong sent XMQ6127G, XMQ6125G9, XMQ6106G (LNG) and XMQ6931G four buses to take part in competing products. Finally, Kinglong luxury bus XMQ6127G series won the "CIBC Golden Award"; XMQ6125G9 new hybrid bus won "CIBC New Energy Green Bus Awards"; XMQ6106G (LNG) and natural gas hydraulic bus got "CIBC energy saving and environmental protection of public Automotive Award. " In addition, by extraordinary strength, Kinglong won the "CIBC Best Bus Manufacturers of The Year" and "Games Excellent Bus Supplier Award" two comprehensive awards.
