First MC05 Engine of Hangfa, SINOTRUK Rolling off Line

www.chinabuses.org : In March 2013, the first MC05 engine rolling off line in Hangfa company of SINOTRUK, and is delivered to Jinan commercial vehicle company. This marks SINOTRUK developing engines for middle duty trucks and light trucks.
Employing advanced technologies from MAN, the prototype of MC05 is a very mature product in the European market, which is famous for the light weight, reliability and the ability to meet high emission standards. Thus the engine is endowed with great competitivity under the recent circumstance of short energy supply and a worsening environment. The engine meets the Euro IV emission standards, with four cylinders, water-cooling, turbine, 4.58L of displacement, it has four series ranging between MC05.14-40, with power rate between 102KW-151KW. It is the first of its kind in the medium and light duty commercial vehicle engine market in China.
