2012 Yuchai Engine Sales Remain No.1

www.chinabuses.org: Facing the economic downturn in 2012, Yuchai was expected to sell 435 thousand engines, especially in the segment markets such as school bus, new-energy and NG markets. Yuchai increases by 3% of market shares, selling 0.11million-0.12million engines more than No.2.
Growth in segment markets contributes the most to Yuchai, who sold more than 10 thousand school bus engines, over 20 thousand NG engines in 2012. Sales of light bus spare parts increased by 18%, reaching 25 thousand units. The goal in 2013 is expected to be 455 thousand units.
