www.chinabuses.org: Ministry of Environmental Protection announced in December that from January 1st, 2013, all the produced, imported, sold and registered NG engines and vehicles must meet Nation V standard and enterprises concerned should adjust their plans.

In order to improve air quality, relevant enterprises must apply for environmental protection approval according to Nation V standard and submit conformity of production plan, annual report and VIN to Ministry of Environmental Protection, which would punish the overproof vehicles.
