www.chinabuses.org: On December 14th, Shell (China) Company signed lease agreement with Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park to establish Shell Asian Lubricating Oil R&D Center for better service to Asian and Middle East customers.

It's said the center will be used in 2014, mainly for local technology innovation and application development. Most of the specialists are from Shanghai and half of them have PHD. Research shows China will become the largest market of lubricating oil and Shell doing this is to be close to the market and customers and provide competitive technology solution to customers via cooperative partnership.
