Ten Thousand Yuchai Engines Conquer Saudi Arabia Bus Market

www.chinabuses.org: Yuchai sold over 3000 engines to Saudi Arabia in October 2012, nearly 1000 more than ever. Over ten thousand Yuchai engines are used in local bus market, making the largest overseas market of the company.
From early November to early December, over 30,000 buses are used to transport the Muslim to Mecca and Medina and 1/3 of these buses are equipped with Yuchai engines.
Yuchai is competitive in Saudi Arabia bus market. In 2012, 100 of 150 city buses exported to Saudi Arabia were equipped with Yuchai engines. In school bus market, Yuchai engines account for over 80% of the shares. Among all the buses in Saudi Arabia, Yuchai engines account for over 30%.
In city bus market, Yuchai is comparable to Benz. From 2011, Yuchai improved its parts and service network in Saudi Arabia. Besides, experienced after-sale service engineers are sent to train and serve the customers.
