Higer Realize Spring Transportation Service "Zero Complaints"

At present, the road transportation of Spring Festival of 2009 has entered the end, over 90,000 passenger buses of Higer have not been a vehicle serious breakdown during the Spring Festival transportation season. Before 10 days and 15 days after Spring Festival call centers received advice only 23 cases, comparing with the same period last year dropped by 86.7 percent. Vehicle "broke down" did not happen during the holiday so as to result in passengers being stranded phenomenon, realize the holiday service "zero complaints" goal.

 

The realization of goal because of carrying out special service activities to take the initiative, set up mechanisms for emergency services, 24 hours standby, green channel security logistics accessories sent fast, adjust the cost standard of services to improve enthusiasm of service station, are dependent on the perfect service system, but also is society responsibility show of Suzhou Kinglong.
