To meet the domestic upgrading emission regulations, through independent innovation, Xichai developed the “green”genine in accord with national emission regulations.Xichai developed CA6DL Aowei diesel engine, and won National Award for Science and Technology Progress, taking a leading role in independent brand of domestic internal-combustion engine. What is worth noting,Aowei diesel engine can save 5-10％ diesel fuel compared with other same power engines.

Xichai Nation II engine matched Shenzhen environmental protection buses in 2006, after that, it was popular in more than 40 large and medium sized cities, such as Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Thangshan,Nanchang and so on. Xichai engines are the first option for Bus, Travel, Passenger Transport companies.

Currently, Xichai has already made all the preparations for the upgrading of IV series products and it can meet the requirements of national commercial autos IV regulations.
