www.chinabuses.org: With a glorious history of over 1,700 years, Jiangle county in Fujian province saw a batch of KING LONG new energy buses join its bus fleet on September 16.

Jiangle Public Transport Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fujian Mintong Long-distance Transport Co., Ltd. made its way to the headlines as it bought the largest number of eco-friendly buses in Sanming city. According to sources, it is the first time for the company to make bus purchases from KING LONG despite its parent company has been in cooperation with KING LONG for many years.

"At the end of last year, an eight-meter electric bus was put on a trial operation in Jiangle for one week. It impressed us all by its high reliability and its capacity for driving 180 km continuously. Moreover, KING LONG has made a host of adjustment to suit our special needs and the road conditions in our county. Plus our parent company's strong recommendation, we finally chose KING LONG ," revealed Qiu Laikun, Deputy General Manager of Jiangle Public Transport Co., Ltd.

Also according to the bus operator, KING LONG new energy bus fleet will be officially put into operation latter this month. More specifically, those hybrid buses will work on the routes connecting villages and towns and those electric buses will serve at various tourist spots.
