500 Golden Dragon Electric Buses Soon to Start Operation in Haikou

www.chinabuses.org: On July 24, the first batch of 40 units Golden Dragon electric buses started their journey by train to Haikou. After their arrival, they will join the bus fleet of Hainan Airline Sifu Auto Rental Co., Ltd. (hereafter refers to Sifu), marking a new beginning of strategic cooperation between the two parties.
In late April this year, Golden Dragon and Sifu officially signed an agreement for cooperation on popularization of new energy buses. Golden Dragon electric bus has been officially designated as the only type of new energy bus in Hainan rental bus market. According to Golden Dragon, a total number of 500 units will be put into operation. The two parties will make full use of their respective advantages and create a win-win situation and together build Haikou a greener city, a model city for promoting the application of new energy vehicles.

As of August 20, seven batch of 350 units Golden Dragon electric buses have arrived in Haikou. It is expected that the delivery of the 500 units new energy bus fleet will be completed by the end of this month.
