www.chinabuses.org: After the delivery of 25 King Long XMQ6850 electric buses in late Apr. this year, another batch of 44 units XMQ6706 electric buses recently arrived in Wuyishan Public Transport & Tourism Co., Ltd. They are expected to be put into official operation on the bus route No. 4 and No.6 in the mid of Jun, helping the city to build its own green public transport.

Entirely powered by electricity and zero emission of any pollutants, XMQ6706 is also called Longyue. Belonging to Coaster family, XMQ6706 is compactly built for urban public transportation. Measuring only seven meters in length, the bus boasts high flexibility. Equipped with the most reliable CATL energy storage batteries, XMQ6706 is strong in power and is capable of running for longer distances continuously. It is particularly good at uphill performances. With integrated layout of batteries and high voltage equipment, the vehicle has spacious room inside and can load 40 passengers. Running on six tires, the bus has also greatly improved its safety standards.

Like XMQ6850, XMQ6706 is coated in refreshing green color. When King Long new energy bus fleet all start working in Wuyishan, it is surely another new highlight in the beautiful city, fully demonstrating the local government’s determination to bring harmony between human beings and nature.
