Foton AUV Joins Hands with Beijing Public Transport

www.chinabuses.org: On Nov. 2, a grand ceremony was held in Huairou, Beijing to mark the signing of sales agreement for 700 electric buses made by Foton AUV to Beijing Public Transport Group. According to sources, it is the largest new energy deal in the world to date. The first batch of 30 vehicles soon to be delivered will play a significant role during the APEC Leaders Summit. As of the end of 2014, Beijing Public Transport Group boasts 10,000 units of new energy buses and over 5,200 units are branded with Foton AUV in the bus fleet.
