www.chinabuses.org: According to Zhuzhou Times Electric Technology Co.,Ltd. (referred as CSR), more than 2000 units of CSR electric buses will start operation in the whole country by the end of 2014.

By June 2014, more than 4000 units of new energy buses started operation in cities like Tianjin, Changsha, Zhuzhou, xiangtan, and kunming, etc. with a cumulative operating kilometers of 0.8 billion km and a practical energy save of 20%-50%.

Compared with traditional oil-driven buses, new energy buses will lower PM emission by 90%, nitrogen oxides by 75% and CO2 by 50%.
