www.chinabuses.org: In 2013, Zhongtong Bus realized an overseas income of over 100 million USD (about 610 million RMB) by exporting nearly 1,700 units of buses. Saudi Arabia placed an order of 879 units of Zhongtong buses and Moroco 113 units in 2013. In the same year, the east Africa imported nearly 100 units of LCK6125A and Ecuador bought 52 units of LCK6129H luxury buses.
According to Yu Chunyin, Deputy General Manager of Zhongtong Bus Co., Ltd., the company has maintained an explosive growth rate ever since the establishment of its overseas marketing company in 2005. To date, it has obtained quality standard certificates from a number of countries, which have fortified its position in a number of markets in Middle East, South America, South-east Asia, and Africa. Plus, it has gradually made its presence in such high-end markets as Europe, Australia and America. With the continued growth of its exports, the company has further strengthened its overseas sales network. In the meantime, it has been making continuous efforts to internationalize its corporate management, research & development, manufacturing system, financial management, and human resource management.

Mr. Yu added, "After a detailed analysis of the overseas markets and their development trend, Zhongtong Bus has come up with the marketing strategy which gives full emphasis on promoting its competitive products. Gradually, its fist products have become well recognized in some overseas markets, which help the company to enter a sound cycle of fast growth."

In 2014, Zhongtong Bus continues to give priorities to high quality of its products while exploring the foreign markets. In the meantime, it remains focused on cultivating its key markets. In the first five months of this year, the company's export saw a significant increase compared with that in the same period last year, laying a solid foundation for its fast growth for the whole year.
To succeed in the overseas markets, Yu Chunyin, with years of overseas marketing experience, points out that China's bus makers are in an urgent need to build up our own after-sale service network. Only by doing so can those foreign customers feel free from any worries after placing orders on Chinese buses.
