Yutong Sold 4,040 Buses in May, Down by 17.72%

According to the report, the company produced 3,609 units of buses in May, down by 25.71% year on year. In the first five months of this year, it rolled out 16,314 units of buses, down by 13.78% year on year. In terms of its sales, the company realized a sales volume of 4,040 units in May, down by 17.72% year on year. In the first five months of this year, Yutong's sales volume stood at 18,596 units, down by 3.74% year on year.
Also, it is revealed that the bus maker rolled out 1,614 units and sold 1,853 units of large-sized buses, down by 34.68% and 28.34% year on year respectively. For the first five months, it produced 7,817 units and sold 8,560 units of large-sized buses, down by 16.38% and 12.05% year on year respectively.
In May, the sales volumes of mid-sized buses of Yutong registered at 1,606 units, down by 17.81% year on year while that of its light buses totalled 581 units, up by 57.03%.
