www.chinabuses.org: On Apr. 30, the award ceremony for the 2nd Jiangsu Skill Competition was held in Changzhou. In the Higer Driving Skill Competition, Huaian Transport Group became this year's winner.

Different from the previous events, the competing teams this year all made full use of Big Data before the competition. Through Higer G-BOS Intelligence Operation Management Platform, contestants could obtain the detailed information about the driving speed, fuel consumption and car stalls, etc. of their rivals. After a comparative analysis of different road sections, they were able to find the most suitable way of driving on a certain road section, thus significantly improving their driving skill in a short time.

This year's event introduced the bus driving skill competition for the first time, which was co-organized by Jiangsu Transport Bureau and Jiangsu Human Resources & Social Security Bureau. 12-meter Higer KLQ6122BAE41 was used for the competition. After several rounds of competition, 26 professional drivers from 13 cities across the province entered the final competition.

In the final competion, contestants were unfamiliar with both the bus route and the bus Higer KLQ6122BAE41. In face of the unfamiliar bus model and route, contestants were greatly helped by Higer G-BOS Platform. One contestant told our reporter that he felt that he did quite a good job, but the fuel consumption had stay at a high level. After a careful anaysis of the data provided by G-BOS Platform, he was finally able to find his problems and solve them immediately.
