www.chinabuses.org: Recently, Chongqing-based Hengtong Bus Co., Ltd. signed a deal with Yibin Public Transport Co., Ltd. For providing the latter with 80 units of air-conditioned CKZ6116HN5 gas-powered bus. The delivery of the new bus fleet will be made by early Jun. This year.

After several rounds of public consultation, the bus operator in Yibin decides to introduce air-conditioned buses in the local market so as to further elevate its services and provide more travel comforts for local residents.

As one of Hengtong's popular bus models in recent years, the 11-meter CKZ6116HN5 powered by gas is equipped with air-conditioning system at the back of the vehicle. Featuring large space, attractive appearance, high comfortability, and high fuel economy, the bus is best suited for operation on the arteries lines in medium- and large-sized urban areas. The bus adopts gas engines reaching Nation V Enviro Standards and helps its operator cut operating and maintenance costs by 10-15%.

In 2014, Hengtong Bus launched "Green Public Transport Solution", aiming at integrating more energy saving measures in its production process.
