www.chinabuses.org: Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council, hosted executive meeting of the State Council for further plan of enhancing air pollution control. Based on our domestic condition and scientific control, energy structure, off-tail gas remission and dust should be paid much attention.

On the meeting, three major methods were stressed. The first one is to accelerate adjustment of energy structure and promote upgrading process of vehicle refined oil product. Before the end of this year, diesel of National IV standard should cover the whole country. Then, financial measure should be taken to encourage and lead the whole society, such as price, tax and subsidy. Subsidy policy of new-energy automobile should be improved and unqualified old vehicle should be eliminated. The last one is to carry on respective responsibilities.
