Back to Nov. 17th of 2013, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology released Notice of Continuing Promotion of New-energy Automobile Application, which expanded subsidy scale of pure electric bus. Medium and light bus between 6m and 10m would get huge subsidy. The subsidy is 300,000 Yuan for 6≤L<8m pure electric bus, 400,000 Yuan for 8≤L<10m and 500,000 Yuan for over 10m. Compared with policy of Thousand Buses in Ten Cities, pure electric bus subsidy policy shows the consecutive support of the country to pure electric trend in new-energy automobile industry. In the Notice, new-energy vehicles purchased by governments and public departments should be paid much more attention. New-energy buses should be more than 30% among new public transportation vehicles, official government buses and logistics vehicles. Since the new policy is implemented gradually, new-energy official government vehicle market would embrace another climax of development, which gives huge space for those high quality new-energy official government vehicles.

As governmental vehicle, official government automobile would appear often in public, which would serve as demonstration to people and society. Ankai pure electric official governmental bus, selected by national science and technology support plan, would improve development of new-energy official government vehicle in China and have a positive impact on air pollution abatement, energy conservation and emission reduction.
